Rayshida Marcos is the founder and CEO of Makeda Melanin Group Ltd. a dynamic international consultancy firm specializing in government projects, strategic management, and high-end real estate solutions.

Born into a highly respected entrepreneurial family in Curaçao, business acumen runs in her blood. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Management from the University of the Netherlands Antilles (UNA) and later obtained a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Intrapreneurship (M.A.) from SRH University. In 2010, she relocated to Belgium, where she built a strong career in corporate leadership.

Before officially establishing Makeda Melanin Group Ltd. under its current name in 2025, Rayshida successfully led multiple consultancy projects for governments and renowned corporations. She has provided strategic guidance to the Government of the Dutch Caribbean, Staten van Curaçao, Venezuela, and Ghana, as well as to multinational companies such as Sanofi, Johnson & Johnson, El Consolador Funeral House, and Air Liquide.
Her expertise in navigating complex government structures and corporate landscapes has made her a sought-after advisor in both the public and private sectors.
In addition to her leadership role at Makeda Melanin Group Ltd., she is a shareholder in RWC Cleaning Ltd. Curaçao, further expanding her diverse business portfolio.

​Soraya de Windt is a partner at Makeda Melanin Group Ltd., where she leads Makeda Melanin Real Estate Solutions, the division specializing in high-end property development, investment strategies, and large-scale project finalization. With a strong foundation in economics and a wealth of experience in corporate consultancy, she brings a strategic and results-driven approach to the firm’s real estate ventures.
Her journey began with Economics studies in London, where she discovered her passion for real estate in 2009. Determined to excel in the field, she obtained her real estate license in the UK in 2012, allowing her to navigate the competitive property market with expertise and precision.

In 2013, Soraya moved to Ghana, where she worked as an internal consultant and advisor for Texaco, playing a key role in corporate restructuring, operational efficiency, and strategic growth initiatives. Her work in the energy sector provided her with invaluable experience in managing large-scale projects, corporate negotiations, and high-level financial structuring.

Throughout her career, she has built an extensive professional network, forging strong relationships with major corporations and high-profile investors in Ghana, South Africa, and Nigeria. In 2023, she relocated to Curaçao, bringing her expertise and international connections to Makeda Melanin Group Ltd.
